Create a Range of Specs
You can add the basic information for dozens of specs in about one minute. Open the Add a Range of Specs screen and put in the prefix (for example, FG) and the number range (101 through 150). The specs FG-101 through FG-150 are created with the default Issued Date and your user name as the Issued By person. Then you open each spec to enter the details.

Design your own spec templates
You can design your own spec templates. You will have the option to define what information is required for each type of Spec for your firm. For instance, you could have a Lighting spec and a Lamp spec with different requirements for each.
